Reflecting on 2023 and Website Redesign:
As my dad and I look back on 2023, we are extremely proud of the major accomplishments that we did this year. When I first decided to work with my dad, I had a couple of big ideas that I never knew were possible. First, I knew that cell phone pictures and an outdated website wasn’t going to sell multi-million dollar properties (don’t ask me how my father did it for so many years!). We decided to give our website a new makeover, not once but twice in the past couple of years. We hope you guys are enjoying what we envisioned: an easy website to find all of our exclusive listings and celebrating our success by looking at all of our previously sold properties. Bailey Properties’ business model is to market your property off of MLS, for the protection of our clients privacy. Which is very important to us.
Major Achievement - Mid MO Truss Co. Sale:
Our second major accomplishment was listing and selling our first business, Mid MO Truss Co. We represented both the buyer and the seller. This couldn’t have been done without our team. We used my brother, Drennan Bailey III who is a CPA that evaluated the business, and walked the client through the financials. My brother in law, Eddie Ibarra who is the general counsel for a large development company that worked on the legal logistics. We are extremely grateful that this opportunity was provided to us, and we delivered a quick and clean transaction.
Eilbrunn Farm Under Contract:
Lastly, we are extremely happy to announce Eilbrunn Farm is officially under contract. Yes, the large Spanish mansion that you always see on our social media, the beloved caretaker Jim Bob, and the once thriving trout raceways. We’ve had this listing for many years, showed it more than a couple of times, and almost feel like it’s our own farm. We are happy to sell it to a great family that we will continue to stay in touch with and share updates on the progress of Eilbrunn since everyone always asks about it.
