INTRODUCTION:
Welcome to our 4th Blog. I have enjoyed our blog “Journey” as it makes me think about our life selling real estate and how many different ways there are to be in this business. With these past and upcoming blogs you will see how and why we are so different and why we have such a loyal following. We in no way want to be the typical real estate company with the most agents and the typical Amway business model. We want to be the best and live on our many referrals and what we consider the common sense way of selling real estate.
With this being said I am going to again bring up our very recent 750+/- acre ranch sale and part of the text that we received from the buyer. The buyer’s response is after our written letter and text thank you; “ We really appreciate the way you helped us land this and were willing to just step aside and let us work it out. That is a unique and humble quality. I’ve enjoyed getting to know you and Taylor. Look forward to seeing you ANY time and you know you’re ALWAYS welcome.”
Well just today we had another call from a future buyer from Nebraska interested in one of our large listings and about the second question was if we can make the owner available with the showing. We said of course this is how we like to run our business. We understand that there is no way any realtor can know as much about the property as the owner and I really dont understand the point of keeping buyers and sellers separated. Everything is on the table and all information is first hand. We are totally comfortable with our clients and by the time we show property we have an incredible relationship with the sellers where we are all working for the same goal of making the sellers and buyers happy. This is another unique Bailey Properties way of doing real estate.
